Executive Assistant Job Description: May 11th, 2012

Description: Executive Assistant to the President

Executive Assistant to the President Job Purpose: Conserves CEOs time and promote the corporate image by representing the CEO internally and externally; providing liaison between the CEO, key executives, and employees/contractors; publishing the corporate newsletter.

Misc. Executive Assistant to the President Job Duties:

  • Create Training Webinars for Virtual Assistants based on client needs.
  • Creating a weekly blog post aimed at training Virtual Assistants on how to service real estate clients.
  • Service clients – Assess their needs and fulfill them while training the client’s Virtual Assistant to take over the tasks.
  • Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.
  • Enhances president’s and corporation’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Executive Assistant Job Description: May11th, 2015

Pay-scale 3 year estimate

 

Base pay – $#,###.00 per month salary + Incentive pay* (After 90 days)

* Incentive pay – 2% profit per month.

Additional 1% increases in incentive pay every 12 months for 3 years. Maxing out at 5% total profit share.

Medical, Health, Vision and Dental – 50% paid premium after 90 days. 100% paid premium after 12 months.

Paid Time Off system (PTO) – 14 days per year on year 1. 17 days on year 2. 18 days on year 3.

Paid National Holidays off (in addition to PTO) – 10 days per year.
